Definition
Domain Fellows are licensed experts who review and sign the technical, financial and legal parts of strategy1's work, paid per review. They include chartered engineers, chartered accountants and lawyers. A Fellow's rate is agreed before work starts, and a Fellow signs only the sections they review, which are marked as signed in the deliverable.

Explained in full on Domain Fellows.
Context
AI can structure a problem in hours, but it cannot hold professional liability. Where a conclusion carries legal, financial or technical risk, a licensed professional's signature is what makes it safe to act on.
In practice
A Domain Fellow is attached from the start of an engagement where liability exists. At gate H2 the Fellow signs the parts they reviewed alongside the Strategy Council's approval, and the deliverable marks each signed section with the Fellow's name. strategy1 verifies a Fellow's registration before any review.
