Why we exist
Strategy is slow, static and disconnected from execution
Most strategy work still takes weeks. It costs a great deal. It is out of date soon after the deck is presented. It sits apart from the systems where the business actually runs. And it is hard to see how any one conclusion was reached.
Meanwhile, reports are getting cheap. What stays expensive is a model of your own world, decisions someone is accountable for, and execution. That is where we work.
