A 72-Hour Strategy Bootcamp takes 3–5 days: 72 hours of work, with up to 2 extra days held for data delays. An Engine Sprint takes 1–3 weeks. A strategy1 pod works on a timeline of 72 hours to 3 weeks, against 6–12 weeks for a traditional pod. The free Readiness Scan takes 30–60 minutes.

Each client's Strategy Twin is kept separate from every other client's, with role-based access, built for India's DPDP Act. A Bootcamp usually needs read-only access to one folder of documents, nothing is written to your systems without your owner's approval, and if you stop, your starter Twin is exported to you and deleted on the contracted schedule.
