Engines · Infrastructure and project blueprints, energy first

AssetEngine

For infrastructure and project blueprints, starting with energy. AssetEngine turns a site file and a target into a pre-feasibility blueprint: the system architecture, the operating workflow, the sizing, the cost and the schedule. Blueprint in hours, validated in days.

What it does

What AssetEngine does.

AssetEngine is strategy1's engine for infrastructure and project blueprints, energy first. AI agents and strategists turn a site file and a target into a pre-feasibility blueprint covering system architecture, workflow, sizing, CAPEX/OPEX and schedule. A red team challenges it and a chartered engineer signs before release. Every output is stamped pre-feasibility, not bankable engineering.

strategy1 methods it applies

  • LCOE
  • NPV / IRR / DSCR
  • Techno-economic sizing
  • Multi-criteria site scoring
  • Monte Carlo ranges

Each deliverable names the method it used.

What goes in, what you receive

4 deliverables, one decision.

Every input is recorded with its source. Every plan ships with its red-team report.

What goes in

  • 01Your site files (KML, surveys)
  • 02Solar and weather resource data from public atlases
  • 03Equipment datasheets
  • 04National and state power-sector rules and tariffs
  • 05Your capacity, firm-power and tariff targets

How the engine runs

Six stages. Three points where a person signs.

Every run follows the S1 Method. Humans hold the gates; AI does the heavy lifting between them.

Controls

The rules this engine works under.

  1. 01A chartered engineer signs before release.
  2. 02Every output is stamped pre-feasibility.
  3. 03A land-use check runs before any yield work: if declared capacity and site area disagree with the norm of roughly 4–5 acres per MW, the report stops until a person records the explanation.

Limit

A blueprint is not bankable engineering. Yield simulation, grid studies, geotechnical surveys and protection design still need licensed engineers.

  1. 01Declared capacity and site area disagree with the norm of roughly 4–5 acres per MW: the report stops until a person records the explanation.
  2. 02A chartered engineer has not signed: nothing is released.
  3. 03Bankable engineering is needed: yield simulation, grid studies, geotechnical surveys and protection design go to licensed engineers.

Questions

About AssetEngine

What does AssetEngine deliver?

AssetEngine delivers: pre-feasibility blueprint, marked “not bankable”; ranked site shortlist with evidence, where site selection is in scope; red-team report; and chartered-engineer sign-off. Every input is recorded with its source in the evidence ledger, and every plan ships with its red-team report. Each deliverable names the method it used, such as LCOE or NPV / IRR / DSCR.

Which strategy types does AssetEngine cover?

AssetEngine delivers 3 of strategy1's 26 strategy types: Asset / project blueprint, Site & location selection and Energy transition & ESG. It applies across Energy & infrastructure, Real estate, Manufacturing and Healthcare & wellness. The method stays the same in each sector; the model of your world changes. Each strategy page sets out the decision, what you receive and when that strategy fails.

Who signs AssetEngine's conclusions?

A chartered engineer signs every blueprint before release, and every output is stamped pre-feasibility. Every AssetEngine run follows the S1 Method: the Strategy Council and a Domain Fellow sign the decision memo, and your named owner accepts each action before anything reaches your systems. Domain Fellows are chartered engineers, CAs, lawyers and sector veterans who sign the parts that carry professional liability.

How do I start with AssetEngine?

Start with the free Strategy Readiness Scan, which takes 30–60 minutes and suggests an entry engine. The 72-Hour Strategy Bootcamp works one real problem to a working strategy in 3–5 days for a fixed fee. An Engine Sprint runs AssetEngine at full depth in 1–3 weeks for a fixed fee, with your Bootcamp fee credited.

Which projects does AssetEngine cover first?

AssetEngine starts with energy: hybrid solar plus BESS, wind, C&I rooftop and open access, EV charging hubs and green-hydrogen pre-feasibility. Typical buyers are independent power producers, EPCs, C&I power buyers and infrastructure funds. A blueprint is not bankable engineering: yield simulation, grid studies, geotechnical surveys and protection design still need licensed engineers.

How we work

The rules every engine follows.

  1. 01

    Every number traceable.

Each figure links to its source, date and confidence grade (A, B or C).

  2. 02

    Every plan red-teamed.

Each strategy ships with its strongest counter-arguments and the conditions under which it fails.

  3. 03

    Signed where it matters.

Domain Fellows, who are chartered engineers, CAs, lawyers and sector veterans, sign the parts that carry professional liability.

  4. 04

    Nothing written without approval.

No decision reaches your systems until your named owner accepts it.
