Brand & Influence strategy: What people believe about you, and why.

Built on

A Strategy Twin of your business and the S1 Method, with speed measured by the Compression Index.

Which event, on which date, at which venue, will meet our audience and sponsor goals?

An event and sponsorship strategy decides which event to run, on which date and at which venue, so it meets your audience and sponsor goals. strategy1 models the audience and sponsors, simulates the event P&L in its own code, red-teams the plan, and delivers an event blueprint and a sponsor deck. EventEngine runs it.

What people believe about you, and why. These 5 types start with what your audiences actually say, test positions and messages before you spend on them, and war-game the worst day before it arrives.

How we run it

Delivered by EventEngine

Engines are named methods delivered by a strategist pod with AI agents. Humans hold the gates; AI does the heavy lifting between them.

Engine

EventEngine

Event strategy, sponsorship, event P&L

AI does
Runs the engine models, generates options and red-teams each one.
People do
A strategist sanity-checks the assumptions.
Output
An option set with scenarios and failure modes.

How this fails

The conditions under which this plan fails.

Every strategy ships with its strongest counter-arguments. These are the ones we check first.
Red team4 conditions under which this fails
  1. 01Sponsor goals are assumed rather than confirmed, so the event P&L rests on revenue that may not arrive.
  2. 02The date or venue is locked before the audience model is run.
  3. 03The evidence is thin. Where a figure cannot be sourced above grade C, it is shown as a model estimate, and every conclusion that rests on it carries that grade.
  4. 04No one owns the result. Without a named owner to accept the actions at gate H3, the plan is never staged into your systems and does not run.
  1. 01

    Every number traceable.

Each figure links to its source, date and confidence grade (A, B or C).

  2. 02

    Every plan red-teamed.

Each strategy ships with its strongest counter-arguments and the conditions under which it fails.

  3. 03

    Signed where it matters.

Domain Fellows, who are chartered engineers, CAs, lawyers and sector veterans, sign the parts that carry professional liability.

  4. 04

    Nothing written without approval.

No decision reaches your systems until your named owner accepts it.

Questions

About Event strategy

What is an event strategy?
An event strategy is the business case and plan for an event: who it is for, why sponsors should pay, when and where it happens, and how it will make or lose money. strategy1 builds it from audience and sponsor modelling and an event P&L simulation, and ends in an event blueprint and a sponsor deck.
What do you deliver for an event strategy?
You hold the event blueprint and sponsor deck. Every Engine Sprint also ships a red-team report with the strongest counter-arguments, an evidence extract that gives each figure its source and date, and a decision memo signed at gate H2. We provide decision support. Licensed professionals sign technical, financial and legal conclusions.
How do you model an event P&L?
List every revenue line (sponsorship, tickets, partners) and every cost line (venue, production, marketing, people), then test them across dates, venues and audience sizes. strategy1 runs this simulation in its own code, so each scenario can be reproduced, and confirms sponsor goals rather than assuming the revenue will arrive.
How do you build a sponsorship proposal that sells?
Start from what sponsors need, not from what the event offers. strategy1 models the audience each sponsor wants to reach and shows how the event delivers it, then turns that into a sponsor deck backed by the same evidence as the event blueprint. Sponsor goals are confirmed in conversation before the P&L relies on them.
How long does an event strategy take with strategy1?
Event strategy starts as a 72-Hour Strategy Bootcamp: 3–5 days on one real problem, ending in a working strategy and a starter Strategy Twin. The full deliverable follows as an Engine Sprint of 1–3 weeks, at a fixed fee rather than hours. Fees are exclusive of GST. Your Bootcamp fee is credited to a Sprint if you continue.
