6 industries. One way of working.

We work across 6 industries. The method stays the same; the model of your world changes.

Six sectors

Six sectors, each with its own Twin template.

How we work

The rules every engine follows.

Twins model markets, assets and decisions, not people.

  1. 01

    Every number traceable.

Each figure links to its source, date and confidence grade (A, B or C).

  2. 02

    Every plan red-teamed.

Each strategy ships with its strongest counter-arguments and the conditions under which it fails.

  3. 03

    Signed where it matters.

Domain Fellows, who are chartered engineers, CAs, lawyers and sector veterans, sign the parts that carry professional liability.

  4. 04

    Nothing written without approval.

No decision reaches your systems until your named owner accepts it.

Questions

Industry strategy, answered

Which industries does strategy1 serve?

strategy1 works across six industries in India: energy and infrastructure, healthcare and wellness, real estate, manufacturing, BFSI and consumer. Each industry page lists the decisions strategy1 is built for, the priority strategy types and the engines that deliver them, and the objects in that sector's Strategy Twin template. The 26 strategy types can be filtered by industry in the explorer above.

Does strategy1 use a different method for each industry?

No. Every engagement follows the S1 Method: Sense, Model, Simulate, Decide, Deploy and Learn, with people signing at three gates. What changes by sector is the model of your world. Each industry gets a Strategy Twin template with the objects that matter there, so the second client in a sector starts further ahead than the first.

Why does sector knowledge matter in strategy work?

Sector rules decide which numbers hold up. A solar site, a hospital catchment and an NBFC portfolio fail for different reasons, so strategy1 builds sector objects into each Strategy Twin, and under its Domain Fellows programme, chartered engineers, CAs, lawyers and sector veterans sign the parts that carry professional liability. Licensed professionals sign technical, financial and legal conclusions.

Who does strategy1 work with?

strategy1 works with scale-ups preparing a launch, a raise or a new market; large enterprises building new businesses or rethinking portfolios; family-led groups planning succession and diversification; growth and infrastructure funds; energy and infrastructure developers; and brand- and event-led companies. Twins model markets, assets and decisions, not people, and each client's Twin is isolated from every other client's.
